Christina was raised in the city, graduating with her Paralegal diploma in 2003 after fulfilling her practicum at the Public Prosecution Office in Dartmouth/Halifax. Christina has worked as a Paralegal for several law offices throughout HRM, in Criminal and Family Law. Her focus eventually shifted to Municipal Government holding roles as an Administrative Assistant and Legislative Assistant to the Municipal Clerk at City Hall in Halifax, with a term as an A.A to the Deputy Chief of Halifax Fire Safety & the Emergency Management Office. Christina would eventually resign her career in Municipal government to support her then husband with a transfer to Colchester County with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. It was in the Village of Tatamagouche that Christina enjoyed her most important title of all, “Mommy”.
With another transfer to Shelburne County in 2013, Christina embraced administrative roles in government and healthcare before settling back into her field as a Paralegal at Harding Law Inc. in 2023. Christina is a valuable member of our team, performing various administrative roles within the firm with a focus on Wills and Probate.
Christina is the proud mother of two and actively volunteers within the community with various organizations including: the Shelburne Events Committee, Shelburne Regional High School and The Bridge Peer Support offering Tier 2 Support for Shelburne County as a mental health advocate. In her down time, Christina enjoys interior decorating, cheering her kids on from the stands, beach glassing and floral design!
